Feminisms: In Today’s ‘We Hate Women’ News

As much as the Tea Party talks about how our socialist government is oppressing them, the reality is that our elected conservative officials spend much of their time passing laws that restrict women’s access to health care, such as Virginia’s crazy new restrictive regulations for abortion providers. Or in Topeka last week, un-passing laws that protect women and children from domestic violence. To save money. Good job, Tea Partiers! You are doing a great job at making your point. I’m sure the 18 – 33 abusers released from custody will vote for you. Wins all around! Huzzah!! Well, except for the victims of the relationship violence, but since that’s mostly women, who really cares, right?
